The hotel's location near Taksim Square is fantastic for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

We had initially booked a deluxe twin room, but upon check-in, we were given a small twin room without any prior notice. The room was cramped and not what we expected. However, the receptionist was apologetic and tried to accommodate us by offering a triple room on the ground floor. Although it had a bad smell and was near the generators, we appreciated their effort. Despite the room mishap, the location of the hotel was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic – so close to Taksim square and all public transportations. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their English skills were impressive. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. this place provided an excellent level of service and comfort.
